What Is Blurry Image to Vector Conversion?

A blurry file has lost the information that defines its edges. Enlarging it only stretches the fuzz, and sharpening filters add halos. Converting it means an artist reads the shapes still visible, works out where each edge should sit, and draws clean vector paths there. The result scales from a business card to a billboard without any softness returning.

  • Motion blur, focus blur and compression noise handled
  • Thin strokes and small text restored to readable shapes
  • Colors matched from your reference or brand codes

Low-Resolution Files We Rebuild

Anything that looks fine as a thumbnail but falls apart once it is enlarged.

Pixelated Logos

Company marks pulled from old websites, emails or social profiles, redrawn so they hold an edge in print.

Fuzzy Print Graphics

Flyer, banner and poster elements that blur when scaled, rebuilt for large-format output.

Tiny Web Images

Icons and badges saved at 100 pixels or less, redrawn at full detail for signage and merchandise.

Out-of-Focus Artwork

Illustrations exported or captured with motion or focus blur, cleaned into precise paths.

Compressed JPG Files

Images full of blocky compression artifacts and color banding, rebuilt with flat, even fills.

Soft Corporate Identity Files

Letterhead marks, stamps and seals that need to look sharp again across every piece of stationery.

Who Sends Us Blurry Files

This service sits under our image to vector conversion work. If the file is a company mark, see vector logo conversion; if the artwork is torn or stained rather than soft, damaged artwork conversion is the closer match.

Why Print Shops Trust Us With Blurry Art

Edges drawn, not guessed by software

Every curve is placed by an artist and the file is never auto-traced, so corners stay sharp and lines stay smooth.

Lettering identified

Where text is too soft to read, we match the typeface or redraw the letters so they look like the original.

Ready for production

Clean closed shapes, separated colors and outlined text suit screen printing, vinyl cutting and large-format printing.

In business since 2010

A Brooklyn-based studio with 40+ in-house designers, QC on every file and a money-back guarantee.

Upscaling the blurry file

  • Soft halos around every edge

Blurry Image to Vector Conversion FAQ

What is blurry image to vector conversion?

It is the process of redrawing a soft, pixelated or low-resolution image as vector artwork. Instead of sharpening pixels, an artist rebuilds the shapes, lines and lettering as mathematical paths, so the artwork stays crisp on shirts, signs, vehicles and printed pieces at any size you need.

How much does blurry image to vector conversion cost?

Pricing starts at $7 per image for a simple logo or graphic. Sources that are extremely small, heavily blurred, or full of gradients and fine text take longer and are quoted higher. Upload your file and we email an exact price before any payment is made.

Can you fix an image that is too blurry to read?

Usually, yes. If the general shapes are visible, our artists can rebuild them. When a word or detail cannot be read at all, we ask you for a clearer copy, a printed sample or the font name, and we tell you in the quote exactly what can and cannot be recovered.

Why not just increase the resolution in Photoshop?

Raising the resolution adds more pixels but no new information, so edges stay soft and noise gets larger. Vector artwork has no resolution at all. Once the shapes are redrawn as paths, the file can be scaled up or down indefinitely without blurring, which is what printers and sign makers need.

What file formats will I receive?

Each order includes AI and EPS for editing and production, SVG for websites and cutting machines, PDF for print shops and PNG for quick previews. If your printer needs spot colors, outlined fonts or a certain size, mention it with your upload and we prepare the files that way.

Do I own the vector files once the job is done?

Yes. After payment, we can transfer full ownership of the final vector files to you on request, so you can use, edit and reproduce the artwork without restriction. Revisions are included twice, and if the result does not meet your brief, our 100% money-back guarantee applies.
