This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Vector Design US, Inc. (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit staging.vectordesign.us or order our services, how we use it and the choices you have.

1. Information you give us

  • Quote and contact forms: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, business type, the service you need, your instructions and the files you upload.
  • Orders and messages: order details, delivery files and our email or chat conversations with you.
  • Payments: payments are processed by PayPal or the card processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.

2. Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, we and our service providers collect technical and usage information through cookies and similar tools. This includes IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, how you arrived (for example, from a Google ad) and on-page interactions. We use it to run the website, measure visits and advertising results, and improve our pages. Tools we use include Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Advertising, Microsoft Clarity, StatCounter and the Tawk.to live chat. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

3. Recovering an incomplete form

If you enter your email address and the form does not complete — because of a browser problem, a connection failure or an upload that did not finish — we may send you one email with a link to try again. It contains no marketing, and every such email includes a one-click link to stop them.

4. How we use your information

  • to answer your request, send quotes, deliver your order and handle revisions and refunds;
  • to communicate with you about your orders;
  • to send occasional service updates. You can opt out at any time by replying or using the unsubscribe link;
  • to measure and improve our website and advertising;
  • to prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Your files and images

Files you send are used only to complete your order. They are handled by our production staff and contractors, who are bound by confidentiality. We do not share your files with anyone else unless you ask us to, or the law requires it. We show before-and-after examples of your work on our website or social media only with your permission. NDAs are available on request.

6. Sharing with service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the business: hosting, email, file transfer, payment processing, analytics, advertising and live chat. They may use it only to provide their services to us.

7. How long we keep information

We keep order files for a limited period so we can handle revisions, and may delete them after that. We keep business records, such as quotes and invoices, as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No website, email or file transfer is completely secure, so please avoid sending information you do not need to share for your order.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails, by writing to info@staging.vectordesign.us. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to the records we must keep by law.

10. Sample images and prices on this website

Some illustration and sample images on this website are licensed stock images used to show the type of work we do. Client work is shown only with permission. Prices shown are starting prices for simple files. Your exact price is the one in your quote.

11. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
