Refund Policy

This policy explains our 2 free revisions, our 100% money-back guarantee and how cancellations work at Vector Design US, Inc. It forms part of our Terms of Use.

1. Revisions first

If something in the delivered files does not match the instructions you gave with your order, tell us. Every order includes 2 free revisions to correct it.

2. 100% money-back guarantee

If the files still do not match your original instructions after the revisions, we refund 100% of the amount paid for that order. To use the guarantee:

  • email info@staging.vectordesign.us within 3 calendar days of the final delivery, with your order details and what does not match;
  • stop using the delivered files. Refunded files may not be used, printed or sold.

The guarantee does not cover:

  • changes of mind, or new instructions given after the work was delivered;
  • problems caused by the quality of the source files you supplied, when we pointed them out in the quote;
  • orders paused or declined because ownership or licence of the content could not be confirmed (see our Terms of Use). In that case we refund the amount paid for work not delivered.

3. Cancelling an order

  • Before work starts: full refund.
  • After work has started: we refund the part of the order not yet completed. Completed files are delivered to you.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method (PayPal or card). How long it takes to reach your account depends on PayPal or your card issuer.
