Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the website staging.vectordesign.us and to every order placed with Vector Design US, Inc. (“Vector Design US”, “we”, “us”). By browsing the site, requesting a quote or placing an order, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to these terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

1. What we do

We are a production studio. We edit, redraw, convert and design files according to the instructions and source material you send us: vector conversion, photo editing, embroidery digitizing, illustration, print and digital design, video editing and related services. We work on your material for your use. We do not check, license or take ownership of the content you send.

2. Quotes, prices and payment

  • Prices shown on the website are starting prices for simple files. The exact price for your order is the one in the written quote we email you after reviewing your files.
  • Small orders start after full payment. We accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.
  • Large-volume projects start after full prepayment or a deposit of at least 50%. The balance is due when the work is delivered, or on monthly terms agreed in writing.
  • Long-standing accounts may be invoiced monthly by agreement. Overdue balances pause further work on the account until they are settled.
  • Ownership of the final files passes to you when the order is paid in full.
  • Rush delivery, complex files or extra formats may cost more. Any extra charge is shown in the quote before you pay.
  • We may change our prices at any time. A price change never affects an order you have already paid for.

3. Delivery and turnaround

Standard delivery is about 24 hours. Rush delivery can be as fast as 6 hours, and an extra charge may apply. The delivery time in your quote is our commitment. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as power or internet outages, platform failures or incomplete instructions.

4. Revisions

Every order includes 2 free revisions to bring the delivered files in line with your original instructions. New instructions, a new design direction or new source files count as new work and are quoted separately before we start.

5. Refunds

Our 100% money-back guarantee and cancellation rules are set out in the Refund Policy. Where these Terms and the Refund Policy differ on refunds, the Refund Policy applies.

6. Your content and your responsibility

By sending us any image, logo, artwork, photo, video, text, map, badge, emblem or other material (“Client Content”), you confirm that:

  • you own the Client Content, or you have the licence or written permission needed to have it copied, edited, converted or modified, including removing watermarks, logos, text or other marks;
  • using the Client Content and the delivered files will not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights, and will not break any law;
  • you are responsible for how you use, print, publish or sell the delivered files.

We do not check whether Client Content is protected by copyright or trademark, and we do not give legal advice. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Vector Design US, its staff and contractors against any claim, loss or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the Client Content or your use of the delivered files.

We may ask for proof of ownership or licence at any time. We may pause or decline an order if proof is not provided, and we will refund any amount paid for work not delivered.

7. Work we do not accept

We provide lawful services only. We decline orders that, in our judgment, are intended to:

  • remove watermarks or copyright notices from images you do not own or license, including stock-agency previews;
  • copy or counterfeit another company’s logo, brand or product for passing off;
  • create or alter identity documents, official certificates, licences, currency, checks, invoices or other records;
  • produce content that is defamatory, harassing, sexual content involving minors, or that promotes violence or hate;
  • deceive or defraud anyone, or break any applicable law.

If we find that an order falls into these categories, we may stop work and refund any amount paid for undelivered work.

8. Ownership of the delivered files

When your order is fully paid, you may use the final delivered files for any lawful purpose. On request, we transfer our rights in the final files we created for you. We claim no rights in your Client Content. We show your files in our portfolio or on social media only with your permission. NDAs are available on request.

9. File retention

We keep order files for a limited period so we can handle revisions, and we may delete them after that. Please download and keep your own copies of the delivered files.

10. Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not misrepresent your identity, interfere with the website or use it for fraud. The website’s text, design, logos and images belong to Vector Design US or to their respective licensors, and may not be copied or republished without permission.

11. Website information

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but it may contain errors or omissions, including in service descriptions or prices. We may correct them at any time. Before-and-after images illustrate the type of work we do. Your price is the one in your quote. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, print or production costs, or losses arising from errors in your instructions or source files. You are responsible for checking the delivered files before printing, publishing or producing them.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
