Stock Photo Editing for Photographers & Contributors
Stock photo editing gets your images ready for the review that stock agencies run on every upload. Photographers and contributors send their selects, and editors correct color and exposure, reduce noise, remove dust spots and blemishes, take out visible logos and trademarks, fix reflections and straighten, crop or resize each frame. Businesses adapting a licensed stock image for a project can order the same work, from $0.50 per image.
- Noise, dust and sensor spots removed
- Brand logos and trademarks taken out
- Horizons straightened and frames cropped
- 24-hour standard turnaround, 6-hour rush
What Is Stock Photo Editing?
Stock agencies reject images for technical faults such as noise, dust, poor focus or color casts, and for legal problems like visible logos or trademarks. Editing for stock fixes those faults before submission. The same work also helps buyers: a licensed photo can be recolored, cleared of objects or cropped so it fits a website, brochure or campaign.
- Technical faults fixed before review
- Logos and brand marks removed
- Edits that keep the photo natural

Stock Photo Editing FAQs
What is stock photo editing?
Stock photo editing is the correction and cleanup of images meant for stock agencies, or of licensed stock images being adapted for a project. Typical work includes color and exposure correction, noise reduction, dust and blemish removal, logo and trademark removal, reflection fixes, straightening, cropping and resizing.
How much does stock photo editing cost?
Basic corrections start at $0.50 per image. Removing logos, objects or reflections, or detailed retouching, costs more because it takes longer. Upload a sample of your images and we email an exact price and delivery time before you pay.
Will editing get my photos accepted?
Editing removes the technical and legal faults agencies commonly reject, such as noise, dust, color casts and visible trademarks. Acceptance still depends on each agency’s review of subject, demand and releases, so no editor can promise approval, but cleaner files give your work a fairer chance.
Can you edit stock photos I have purchased?
Yes, if your license allows changes. We can crop or resize a licensed image, adjust its colors to match your brand, remove objects, add text or simple props, and prepare it for a website, brochure or ad. Please send the image at the resolution you licensed.
Do you remove watermarks from stock previews?
No. We only edit images you own or have licensed, and we do not remove agency watermarks from preview images. If you need a clean version, license the image first and send us the full-resolution file you receive from the agency.
How long does editing take?
Edited files usually come back 24 hours after payment. If you need files sooner, rush delivery can take as little as 6 hours, and an extra charge may apply. Large shoots with hundreds of frames are delivered on the schedule confirmed in your quote.
How do I pay for the edits?
Upload your images and we reply with an exact quote by email. You pay by PayPal, Visa or Mastercard, and editing starts. Each order includes two revision rounds, and if the edited files do not meet your brief, our 100% money-back guarantee applies.
