Vector Converter Service: Your Artwork in AI, EPS, SVG, PDF & DXF
A vector converter is only useful if the file it produces works in the software at the other end. We convert your image or old artwork into the exact format a printer, sign shop, embroiderer, laser or CNC operator asks for, whether AI, EPS, SVG, PDF or DXF, drawing by hand where needed, from $7 per image.
- Each format set up for the program that opens it
- DXF with closed polylines for CAD and CNC
- Print-ready PDF and EPS with outlined text
- 24-hour standard turnaround
What Does a Vector Converter Deliver?
Vector formats share one idea, shapes defined by math, but each has habits. AI keeps Illustrator layers and swatches. EPS travels well into older print workflows. SVG suits browsers and cutting machines. PDF is the universal review and press file. DXF talks to CAD, laser and CNC software, which want single, closed lines. We produce whichever you need from one clean master drawing.
- One master drawing, many exports
- Units and scale set for CAD files
- Spot colors kept for print formats

Vector Formats We Convert To
Tell us the format and the software, and we deliver a file that opens without complaint.
AI (Adobe Illustrator)
Layered master files with named swatches and groups, ideal for designers who will keep editing.
EPS for Print Workflows
Compatible with older RIP software and vendors who still request it, with text converted to outlines.
SVG for Web & Cutters
Lean markup for websites, plus cut-ready versions for Cricut, Silhouette and laser software.
PDF for Review & Press
Vector PDFs that print sharply and open for any client, with crop marks if you need them.
DXF for CAD, Laser & CNC
Closed polylines on clean layers, scaled to real units for routers, plasma cutters and laser tables.
Multi-Format Packs
All five formats from one order, so every vendor gets the file type it wants.
Who Needs Format-Specific Files
Businesses that send artwork to several vendors, each running different software.
Format Conversion Pricing
A simple graphic starts at $7 per image, including every format you request. Complex artwork, technical drawings that need precise dimensions and files needing heavy reconstruction cost more. We confirm a fixed price by email before payment.
- 24-hour delivery as standard
- 6-hour rush, extra charge may apply
- PayPal, Visa or Mastercard accepted
- AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG and DXF
Standardizing Files for Many Vendors?
Companies often find their logo exists in a dozen versions, none of them right. We create one clean master and export a complete format pack, so every printer, embroiderer and engraver receives identical artwork.
- One master, every format
- Full-color, one-color and reversed versions
- Names that explain each file
- Shared folder delivery
Format work is part of our image to vector conversion service. For cutting and engraving setups see laser engraving artwork; for SVG-only jobs, our SVG converter; and for brand marks, vector logo conversion.

One Drain Fitting, Three Different Vendors
Example: a plumbing supplier needs one fitting drawn for a printed catalog, a laser-etched packaging insert and a CNC-cut display template.
- The brief
- Produce one accurate line drawing of the fitting and deliver it in the format each vendor’s software expects.
- What we do
- An artist redraws the part to the supplied dimensions, then exports a PDF for the catalog, an SVG for the laser and a DXF for the router.
- What you receive
- A layered AI master with EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG and DXF exports, each named for the vendor it goes to.

Vector Converter Questions
What is a vector converter service?
It is a service that turns your image or existing artwork into the vector formats you need, such as AI, EPS, SVG, PDF or DXF. Where the source is pixels, an artist redraws it; where it is already vector, we repair and export it so each format opens correctly in its target software.
How much does a vector converter service cost?
Conversion begins at $7 per image for simple artwork, and that covers all the formats you request. Complex illustrations, precise technical drawings and badly damaged sources are quoted higher. Upload your file for an exact price by email; work starts once payment is received.
Which vector format should I ask for?
Ask your vendor first. Printers usually want PDF or EPS, sign and cutting shops often want SVG or EPS, laser and CNC operators prefer DXF, and designers want AI. If you are unsure, order the full pack, which includes every common format at the same price.
Can you make a DXF file for laser cutting or CNC?
Yes. We draw closed, single-line paths without overlaps, place them on logical layers and scale them to real-world units if you give us dimensions. Tell us the machine or software, for example LightBurn or a plasma table, and we match its preferences.
Can you open my old EPS or AI file?
Usually, yes. Old files sometimes reference fonts you no longer have, linked images that went missing or effects that modern software misreads. We open them, rebuild whatever is broken and save clean, current versions, so the artwork works again in today’s programs.
Who holds the rights to the converted files?
You do, as long as the original artwork belongs to you or is licensed to you. After payment, every converted file can become fully yours on request. Orders include two free revisions and our 100% money-back guarantee if the result does not match your brief.
Tell Us the Format You Need
Upload the artwork and name the formats and software. We email an exact quote and start converting once payment is confirmed.
